so Roberts at brickyard closed down last year, now the one in Jordan landing is closing down. what's up with that?! I love Roberts...


but this week they do everything in store 30% off, yet still take coupons, meaning if you have 50% off coupon they will take additional 20% off. and next week if I remember correctly, everything half off, and the following week some more off, and...... til begining of February. it will be 75 or even 90% off. but by that tine, nothing really will be left. but still fun to check it out. to me anyway.


you know how pigeons are making nests and living in the strip mall where Roberts and old navy and tj maxx are? Kai doesn't like it at all. pigeons poop everywhere and it's just gross-o.

no Roberts and lots of pigeons, there is no reason for me to go there anymore. I gotta find new hanging out place.


i guess there is target though.

happy birthday

since the astill family is getting bigger and bigger, and it's so hard for everybody to get together for every birthday, we do birthday dinner every second Sunday.
And we have two birthdays in January.








happy birthday, Amy and Andy!


3 more months, she will be ONE. I should start planning the part-y for this little miss june.


I got bakerella cake pop book for christmas, hoping that I can do cutesy thing for her birthday.

1 box chocolate cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (16 to 17 oz) caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping, i used caramel
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 bag (8 oz) toffee chips or bits, I did kit kat

we had a new years eve party:) we ate good sandwich; very much like a philladelphians hot combo, which isaac made, we played games, and strived to the year to change.
