easter day

Easter bunny came to our house too... i have to say i am bit confused about this, but that's what every parents do, right?? 

and I read about this glow in the dark eggs. My kids had fun hunting it. It was fun. I only had 15 of them and it was a bit too few, so I'll get a whole bunch more next year. That's my plan!

Easter 2012

We started out the day with coloring eggs.

We colored 3 dozens... I don't know what I was thinking, but they love to color eggs plus eggs were like 65 cents a dozen.  so this is what I made for the astill easter party.

Egg hunt.

今年のイースター、３ダースの卵をそめてしまいまして、ちょっとやりすぎたかんじです。でもパーチーのための持ち寄るものに卵を持ってたので３日で完食。わるくないね。

 she got chalk so of course she had to try them out.

for lunch, we had ice cream bar. oh and chicken sandwich.

 

they had so much fun making their own sundaes.

though these two are totally herbivores. they ate the whole plate of veges. 

and then she cut her veges too.

then she baked some cookies.

We had a fun bday.

4/4/12 was her 2nd birthday. 

 we had some cake for breakfast. what a fun day.

we got this funny straw glasses, so we tried it out.

it worked, like every straw should, nothing rocket science about it, but when they were shipped, they were bent, {of course. how else could they shipped them without bending them, right?} I opened it a week ago so that they will straighten a little, but those bent spots were still bent yesterday, and the straws were hard to control, like flicking juice everywhere. I thought it would be cute to have this glasses, but it was cute and messy.

she is 2, two, TWO! 

we certainly had fun celebrating her 2nd birthday.
